District Capacity Assessment – Tennessee

The District Capacity Assessment –Tennessee (DCAT) is a self-reflection tool that allows District Leadership Teams to examine district infrastructures needed to support the aligned implementation of RTI²–A and RTI²–B at the school level. The assessment assists districts to identify implementation barriers.
